La Cou Dans la Campagne

This is a hand-painted original and a one-of-a-kind collector's item. Inspired by the artists' annual trips to St. Maarten where goats graze in abundance on the hillside. 

The dogs he noted... are shaped much like goats there as well. The artist was often amused by this similarity and would speak in French to describe it...making all who heard, laugh..
